Vineyard is a small group of
investors that are interested in the
land, growing a vineyard and providing
fine wines. The group is from
several walks of life, cattlemen,
farmers, and professionals. We all
have the same goal - to make award
winning wines.

The Vineyards:
In the foothills of the Cascade
Mountains in eastern Shasta County.
We are at an elevation of 1,000
feet above the valley floor.

The Shasta Cooler:
The SHASTA COOLER is a premium wine cooler
made from high quality, locally grown,
grape wine, enhanced with natural grape
sweeteners and 100% natural fruit flavors.
The Wines:
Currently,
there are four varieties available from
Lassen Hill Cellars, Chardonnay, White
Zinfandel, Merlot, and Cabernet Sauvignon.
The first
wine release was in 2001, a Chardonnay which
sold out
in 6 weeks.
